1. What QAM Labs is

QAM Labs is a practice and self-assessment tool: timed mental math, probability, trading, and reasoning games intended to help you build and measure interview-relevant skills. It is a training aid, not a guarantee of interview performance, job offers, or employment outcomes, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of any employer or recruiter.

2. Accounts

You need an account to save scores, appear on leaderboards, and access Premier content. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that happens under your account. Each account gets an anonymous leaderboard handle (e.g. otter-falcon-4821) generated automatically — your real name or email is never shown publicly.

3. Premier subscriptions and billing

Premier access is billed through Stripe on a monthly, annual, or one-time “Interview Season Pass” basis, as described on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel anytime from your account's billing portal, and access continues through the end of the paid period. We don't store your card details — Stripe handles payment processing. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at checkout.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't use bots, scripts, or automation to inflate scores or manipulate leaderboards.
• Don't share or resell Premier access outside your own account.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Don't use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Leaderboards and scores

Percentiles and leaderboard rankings are computed live from recorded attempts and will shift as more people play. We may reset, adjust, or remove scores that appear to result from cheating or a bug.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will improve your interview outcomes. Game content (estimation questions, logic puzzles, statistical scenarios) is written for practice purposes and may simplify real-world situations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QAM Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
